President Dekapan is the first skit to Season 2, Episode 19 of Osomatsu-san (2015).

Miraculously Dekapan somehow became president, seemingly without trying very hard to do so.
At the president's office, Todomatsu reprimands his joyful attitude, and informs Dekapan that things need to be taken seriously for the sake of the public and reputation towards other countries. As Todomatsu goes through his rant, Dekapan is notably distracted by everything around the office, and suddenly comes across a red button within a desk drawer, receiving a sudden urge to press it, however Todomatsu quickly withholds him from doing so, yet insists the button is not there for a valid reason.
After Dekapan continuously complains about not being able to push the button, he gets into a fight with Todomatsu, causing the latter to accidentally fall back onto the button and hit it with his elbow.
Outside, launchers are raised from the ground, firing lasers off in a random direction across the globe. Todomatsu is disappointed to watch it go off, whereas Dekapan is simply upset that he wasn't the one who pushed the button. In retaliation for the attack, a beam comes back, destroying the office building.

- The skit may be a parody of Donald Trump. This is later backed up in Season 3 Episode 7: "Docking", when Choromatsu and Todomatsu call to the White House and President Dekapan is there.
